Reason for decision

A full CCIA is not appropriate as the report seeks to procure a single supplier. Sustainability has been considered in the decision and it is hoped that by utilising a single supplier, waste will be reduced. Similarly, a single supplier may lead to a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, as they can carry out efficient journey routes across the region.
